PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting device for reducing the amount of data transmission of corrective data used for positioning and improving the accuracy of the transmitted corrective data. SOLUTION: The data transmitting device comprises a source data collection processing section 102 for collecting electronic reference point information from an electronic reference point, a first calculation section 103 for calculating a reference point intrinsic error with respect to a plurality of electronic reference points using the collected electronic reference point information, a second calculation section 104 for setting a plurality of grids (position display points) on local data and calculating display point intrinsic error data based on reference point intrinsic error calculated with respect to the electronic reference points for a plurality of set grids and outputting the plurality of display point intrinsic error data as data to be transmitted, a data format changing section 1042 for changing data format of at least any display point intrinsic error data included in the data to be transmitted, and a data transmitting section 106 for transmitting data to be transmitted including display point intrinsic error data whose data format is changed.
