PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and constitution for maintaining saw cutting angle, which method allows anyone to simply cut a material with good precision of the cutting angle without requiring experienced skills for solving the problem that precision of the cutting angle is very hard to attain when cutting wood and the like by applying a ferromagnetic steel saw and attraction by the magnetic force of a magnet. SOLUTION: The method and the constitution for manually maintaining the saw cutting angle attracts the side surface of the saw 2 being a ferromagnetic body with an attraction face 3 of the magnet 2 to maintain the angle and cuts a cutting object material 5 by back-and-forth sliding actions with a small friction force, in cutting the material 5 by the attraction force of the magnet 2 constituted to set the copying angle of the ferromagnetic steel saw 1.
