PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way selector valve, causing transition from either of two passage communicating states directly to the totally closed state of keeping the closed state of all passages, and preventing all passages from being opened at the same time in the midway of switching from one passage communicating state to the other passage communicating state. SOLUTION: A body piston chamber 112 to which a pair of main body pistons 131a, 131b are connected, and which stores a valve element 141 and a valve seat 146, and a stopper piston chamber 115 which stores a stopper piston 151 connected and separated to and from the main body piston 131a through a rod 155 and has a larger sectional area than the body piston chamber 112 are provided in the case body 111. A high-pressure joint H is connected to the main body piston chamber 112, and a medium pressure joint M and a low-pressure joint L are connected to the position of the valve seat 146.
