PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent map display device that has high usability and can improve the efficiency of analysis work of patent information by displaying exact prediction based on the latest data already applied and published. SOLUTION: The patent map display device has at least an input means and a displaying means, and can display a patent map on the displaying means based on the search condition input by the input means. The displaying means predicts information such as the number of applications in a period when the applications are not published by data analysis of the information in the period when applications have been already published, and displays it on the patent map. The data analysis is performed based on the coefficient determined by n-th regression analysis of data based on the number of applications before a predetermined published period.
