The method involves manufacturing and placing a digital model of a surface of a matrix (20) and a die. Blades having a determined over-thickness are forged with the digital model of the matrix and the die. A finishing process is performed on the blades. The matrix and the die or the manufacturing of a new matrix and die are restored after forging a determined number of blades.
