PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation for fixing members to each other through an elastic member and increase its mass producing performance. SOLUTION: This fixing mechanism 400 fixing the first member 401 to the second member 402 comprises a through hole 501 formed in the first member 401, a female screw 502 formed in the second member, the elastic member 503 having a tubular part 506 inserted into the through hole 501 and a flange part 507 formed at one end of the tubular part 506, a spacer insulator 504 having a tubular spacer part 508 inserted into the tubular part 506 of the elastic member 503 and a conical tapered part 509 linearly spreading in the direction that it is separated from the spacer part 508 along the axial direction of the spacer part 508, and a male screw 505 screwed into the female screw 502 through the spacer insulator 504.
