PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile t-shaped groove using equipment which can be moved for a longer distance even when there is a dimensional limit in the vertical direction as compared with the conventional art. SOLUTION: In a mobile clamping device 1, a clamping device is moved between the clamp working position in the middle of a T-shaped groove and the evacuation position provided to the end of the T-shaped groove by coupling one end of a slender flexible body 3 to the clamping device 2 which has a T-shaped groove engagement part 8 movable along the T-shaped groove 7 and capable of performing the clamping operation by the hydraulic pressure, arranging the flexible body to pass through the T-shaped groove, and pushing/pulling the clamping device via the flexible body by a flexible body driving unit 4. A flexible body accommodation unit 5 is provided, which has horizontal and vertical flexible body guides which extend from the clamping device side to the side opposite to the clamping position in the horizontal direction in a state the clamping device is at the evacuation position, and further extend the flexible body upward or downward.
