PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high tensile galvannealed steel sheet excellent in shape fixability, galvanizing-adhesion and ductility, and a producing method therefor. SOLUTION: The high tensile galvannealed steel sheet has a galvannealed layer containing 7-15 mass% Fe, on the steel sheet containing by mass% of 0.10-0.30% C,≤0.2% Si, 1.0-3.0% Mn, 0.5-2.0% Al and satisfying the following formula (1): 2≤Si(%)+Al(%)+Mn(%)≤4; for Si, Al and Mn and the balance Fe with impurities, and≤0.1% P,≤0.1% S,≤0.020% N in the impurities and further, containing 3-50 vol% of martensite.
