PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information additional system 10 capable of making an available information inform, by relating an additional information to a personal-information data related to the communication of an onboard system 1,000 utilizing a mobile phone 1 and the mobile phone 1 having the personal-information data and the additional information. SOLUTION: The information additional system has a hand-free section 200 connected to the mobile phone 1, and an additional-information acquiring means for acquiring the time in the case of the transmission or the case of the reception of the mobile phone 1 as a first additional information, while acquiring a place name and a destination as second additional informations from a navigator 100 as the information additional system 10 acquiring data with the navigator 100 and a control signal. The information additional system further has an information additional means specifying a first personal information data from a personal-information database on the basis of a telephone-number data at the place of the communication, while relating and storing the first and second additional informations respectively to a specified first personal-information data.
