PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-resistant device capable of obtaining effective vibration-resistant effects with lower rigidity in both vertical and horizontal directions in a simple structure and preventing a horizontal shift in a horizontal direction and dispensing with maintenance and restraining disturbance vibrations in a small level. SOLUTION: The vibration-resistant device 30 is provided with two vibration-resistant sections 11 and 20 piled up and down at two layers. The lower first vibration-resistant section 11 is formed as an air spring including a bellows 14 arranged between an upper plate 12 and lower plate 13 which are horizontally placed in parallel. The upper second vibration-resistant section 20 includes a plurality of compression coil springs 23 vertically arranged between an upper plate 22 and lower plate 21 which are horizontally arranged in parallel, and a visco-elastomer 24 for interconnecting the upper and lower plates 22 and 21.
