A combined shower head and water pick is provided to be easily used even in a general house by adding a water pick function to a shower head, and to promote a simple configuration and easy management since a pump or a separate instrument is not required by using a water pressure of water sprayed through the shower head. The combined shower head and water pick includes: a waterway formed therein; an outlet(12) for discharging water by communicating with the waterway; a spray cover(14) connected to the outlet and having plural spray holes(142); a switch plate(16) installed on the outlet side of the inside of the spray cover by being connected to a lever of the outside; and a nozzle-typed spray tip(20) connected to a direct water hole(140) of the spray cover so as to communicate with a direct waterway of a direct water area(160) of the switch plate. High-pressure cleansing water for cleansing teeth is sprayed through the spray tip according to a waterway switch by operation of the lever. |
