<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a customer such as a constructor (a builder), and to reduce an estimate creation time in a system for creating and processing a building estimate by facilitating condition setting of building specifications or estimate specifications to allow creation of a detailed and accurate written estimate and early operation of the system. <P>SOLUTION: Cooperation of a CAD system and this estimate creation processing system is strengthened, a hearing processing part 4 acquires information about integration specifications required by the customer by conversation with the customer before the CAD system side creates integration data, the integration specifications of an integration specification data memory 10 are narrowed down to only the integration specifications required by the customer by the information, and an integration processing part 6 is made to create the efficient integration data. Hearing processing presents a hierarchized selection screen to the customer to allow easy selection of a necessary specification from the various building specifications in each item for creating the integration data.
