MICROPARTICLE OF HARDLY-SOLUBLE SUBSTANCE HAVING ENTERIC BASE MATERIAL ADSORBED ON THE SURFACE OF THE SUBSTANCE

The object is to improve the elution property of a hardly-soluble substance with a poor absorption property, and to provide a microparticle of such a hardly-soluble substance which is necessary for providing a pharmaceutical preparation having an improved absorption property. Also disclosed is a process for preparation of the microparticle. A microparticle of a hardly-soluble substance which has a specific enteric base material adsorbed on the surface of the substance and has an average particle diameter of 1 to 1000 nm; a microparticle as recited above which further comprises a saccharide; and a process for preparation of the microparticle. The microparticle having an improved elution property can improve the absorption property of a hardly-soluble substance which is hardly absorbable in a human body or the like. The microparticle can be prepared with good efficiency, in a short time, and in a safe manner. It also becomes possible to provide a pharmaceutical preparation having an excellent dispersion stability.
