PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker, the commercial quality of which is not impaired due to the occurrence of rattling and the generation of noisy sound of a grill net set on a receiving tray, when putting the receiving tray in and out of a cooking storage. SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes: the cooking storage 23, the front of which is provided with an opening part 19; a door 14 closing the opening part 19; and the receiving tray 13 on which the grill net 16 is placed to be freely put in and out of the cooking storage 23 and stored therein, wherein projecting parts 15 are provided on the end wall parts 13a near the right and left flange parts 25 of the receiving tray 13 where the grill net 16 comes into contact, and the grill net 16 is held between the flange parts 25 and the projecting parts 15 to be fixed.
