PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the recalculation of a piping network simulation for accurately analyzing the local variation of a piping network. SOLUTION: A pipe for inflow into an object region to be analyzed by the region analysis and a pipe for outflow from the object region are searched. The flow rates in the searched pipes are obtained from the flow rate which is an attribution of the results of the simulation performed in advance. The judgement concerning that the flow is into the region or the flow is out of the region is carried out for every pipe, and the searched pipe is replaced by a gas pressure source having the achieved flow rate as an attribute value. The region analysis is carried out in a region R2. In this case, the gas pressure sources are arranged at crossing points P1 to P6 of gas pipes with the region R2. In the case of a inflowing pipe, the gas pressure source having a positive (+) sign is used, and in the case of an outflow pipe, the gas pressure source having a negative (-) sign is substituted. The piping network within the specified region can be treated as a network which is independent of the piping network outside the specified region.
