<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selector circuit in which power consumption is reduced and the number of constituents is also reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The selector circuit is provided with cell circuits 101-112 each in which a ternary data signal is input into a data input terminal DIN and a binary control signal is input into a control input terminal SIN, and the data input terminal DIN and the data output terminal DOUT are controlled in a conduction/non-conduction state depending on the control signal; and cell control circuits 201, 202 each in which only one of three control output terminals becomes active by allowing a ternary control signal to input into a control input terminal TIN. The cell circuits are connected in a plurality of stages like a tree while using three cell circuits as a unit circuit, three control output terminals OUT1, OUT2 and OUT3 of a common cell control circuit are connected to a control input terminal SIN of the three cell circuits of each unit circuit, and any one data signal is selected from among ternary data signals to be input into the input terminals IN1-IN9, depending on ternary control signal to be input into the control input terminals TIN of the cell control circuits and the selected signal is output to an output terminal TOUT. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
