A single phase BLSLDC(Brushless Sensorless Direct Current) dynamo-type motor assembly having an outer wheel driving rotor is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and reduce a manufacturing cost by removing an inoperable region without a sensor for position detection. A stator yoke is formed symmetrically with respect to a shaft(51) extended in a lengthwise direction. A rotor yoke is formed on an outer circumference of the stator yoke. The rotor yoke has a connection hole protrusively formed on an outer side in a state that an inner space is formed to receive the shaft. The rotator yoke has a permanent magnet having a receiving space on an inner side wall. A second protrusion(22) is formed on a circumferential region of both ends of the permanent magnet in the rotor yoke. A first protrusion is protrusively formed toward the rotor yoke(20) on a central part of the stator yoke. A third protrusion(35) forms a second transfer aperture(42) by being protruded to be opposite to the second protrusion on both sides of the stator yoke. A core(C) is installed both sides of a first transfer aperture formed as much as a thickness of a fixed coil on the first protrusion. The core is separated from an operation aperture by the permanent magnet. The core winds an outer circumference of a core yoke(31) of a ferromagnetic material.
