MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM USING COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK FOR MOVING SERVICE PROVIDER, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

A method for managing moving service providers through a communication network, and a system and a recording medium thereof are provided to prevent the moving service provider from being negligent in meeting with a service requestor after the service provider receives connection information of the service requestor and offer a better service to the service requestors. A database(43a) stores service provider information including mobile terminal information of the service providers. An information receiver(44a) receives service requestor information including the connection information of the service requestors. An information notifier(45a) selects one mobile terminal connected to the data network among the mobile terminals of the service provider stored in the database and notifies the selected mobile terminal of the connection information received from the information receiver. A time counter(46a) counts time from connection information notification to reception of a connection message representing meeting between the service provider and the service requestor. A time recorder(47a) records the counted time, and a controller(40a) performs each procedure by controlling each unit.
