PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that an acoustic device is proposed in which an audio device is disposed at a place isolated from a bathroom, and a music is enjoyed in the bathroom by sounding an audio loudspeaker fitted to the bathroom by the audio device; that the mounting of a bathroom television having a waterproof structure in the bathroom, and the appreciation of the television in the bathroom, are conducted; and that an operation must be taken in which a television voice is sounded from a television loudspeaker fitted to the bathroom television, besides the operation must be taken to deaden sound in which a power supply for the audio device is turned on when the music is listened during the appreciation of the television, or the television voice is pronounced from the audio loudspeaker. SOLUTION: When the power supply for the audio device 3 is turned on, infrared rays having an overlapped operating signal arresting a sound from the bathroom television 2 are irradiated from a light-emitting section built in the audio loudspeaker 31.
