PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element for which an increase in size can be avoided while improving electrical characteristics such as input/output VSWR, insertion loss, and operation frequency bandwidth. SOLUTION: A magnetic rotor 2 includes a soft magnetic substrate 4 and a plurality of center conductors 31-33, and is provided inside of a case 9. A permanent magnet is disposed so as to be superimposed on the magnetic rotor 2 inside the case 9, and applies a DC magnetic field to the magnetic rotor 2. The case 9 contains a magnetic metal material, and has a case magnetic path M1 for the magnetic rotor 2 and the permanent magnet 8. An electrostatic capacitance element E which becomes high impedance for a DC current and low impedance for a high frequency current and has an electrically insulated magnetic body as a capacitance layer is inserted into the case magnetic path M1.
