PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive having good adhesiveness to the skin, leaving no residual adhesive on the skin caused by insufficient cohesive force and giving low stimulation to the skin and provide a percutaneous absorption preparation having good stability and releasability of the drug included in the adhesive layer. SOLUTION: The adhesive contains a crosslinked copolymer containing the following components (a) to (c) as copolymer components. (a) An alkyl (meth)acrylate, (b) a vinyl monomer having acetoacetyl group and (c) at least one kind of vinyl monomer copolymerizable with (a) and (b) and selected from the group consisting of a monomer having alkoxy group, a carboxylic acid vinyl ester, a vinyl ether, a vinyl monomer having a heterocyclic group-containing nitrogen atom (excluding a monomer having acetoacetyl group) and a styrene derivative.
