PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage pump capable of moving up to a drainage place by itself and floating on a water surface when a flood such as flooding of great urgency occurs. SOLUTION: Since an electric motor 15 for driving a tire is arranged in this drainage pump 1 by constituting the driving tire 18 and a driven tire 19 attached to the drainage pump 1 into a spherical shape to provide a float function and forming many grooves 18a, etc. in the direction of width of an outer peripheral face of the driving tire 18, this drainage pump 1 can move up to the drainage place by itself when a flood occurs to start drainage quickly or can float on a water surface and move up to a place suitable for drainage quickly to start drainage.
