PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter of an object sensor for an opening/closing device, which is improved in reliability of recognition of battery abnormality. SOLUTION: According to the operation of the transmitter of the object sensor for the opening/closing device, by activating a control circuit by electric power of a battery 12, a state changing signal indicative of state change of a detecting means for detecting an object present on one side of an opening/closing body b1 toward a closing terminal, and a battery state signal indicative of whether battery voltage is abnormal or not, are transmitted.
