PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate every distortion in the wall thickness, axial and circumferential directions on both outer and inner bending sides, with excellent accuracy in a short time. SOLUTION: A device for estimating distortion in a rotational-bending method is provided with: an input means 101 for inputting the outside diameter, the wall thickness and the bending radius of a tube, the r-value of a material, and the pressing force when inserting a core inside a metallic tube 1 and bending the metallic tube 1 while holding a part of the metallic tube 1 by a rotational bending die 2 and a seaming die 3; a calculation means for calculating one or two or more of the distortion in the wall thickness direction, the distortion in the axial direction, and the distortion in the circumferential direction based on the outside diameter, the wall thickness and the bending radius of the tube, the r-value of the material, and the pressing force; and an output means 102 for outputting the distortion.
