摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of an illumination optical axis of an illumination optical system or reading axis of an image-forming optical system, the structure being adjustable and enabling a worker to perform simple adjusting work. <P>SOLUTION: A light-receiving optical system 5 is provided in a main body case. The light-receiving optical system 5 is provided with an illumination optical system 4 which irradiates a reading object with illumination light, an image-forming lens and a light-receiving sensor, and receives reflected light from the reading object to read bar codes. The illumination optical system 4 comprises an LED 11, a diaphragm plate 12, a mirror 13 and an illumination lens 14. The mirror 13 is mounted on an adjusting plate 16. The adjusting plate 16 is provided with a long pore 16b and a plurality of concave and convex parts 18 which are alternately concave or convex in the front and back direction. A screw hole 15a is provided on the upper surface of a mounting base 15, and engaging parts 19, which selectively engage with the concave or convex parts, are provided at either the concave parts or the convex parts. The adjusting plate 16 is positioned to the mounting base 15 so that the engaging parts 19 may engage with the concave or convex parts at either the concave parts or the convex parts 18, and then fixed with screws 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
