<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector lamp for actualizing the trap of undesired infrared and ultraviolet spectrums and the removal of a filter at minimum device technical cost. <P>SOLUTION: The reflector lamp comprises a built-in lamp 2, particularly, a high pressure discharge lamp, at least part of which is encircled by a reflecting mirror 4, the reflecting mirror 4 being joined to a base 12 via a reflecting mirror neck portion 8 and having a light emission port 28. At least part of the light emission port 28 of the reflecting mirror 4 is covered indirectly or directly with a cover plate device 30 which has an optical spectrum filter for absorbing or reflecting undesired light spectrums. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
