A traffic accident site notifying system is provided to reduce casualties by informing traffic accident sites to drivers, who pass by the traffic accident site. A traffic accident site notifying system includes a mobile communication network(101) and a vehicle communication system(113). The mobile communication network includes a base station(107) and an accident storage server(105). An IP(Internet Protocol) network(103) receives position information of traffic accident sites. The accident storage server receives accident information from the IP network and stores the accident information. The vehicle communication system is installed inside a vehicle and receives object and coordinate information. The object information and the coordinate information are received from a terminal(115) and a satellite, respectively. The vehicle communication system collects the object and coordinate information and transmits the accident information to the accident storage server. |
