PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying-cum-transporting box which can pack and transport articles including various containers, daily commodities, and sundry goods, and can easily display the transported goods. SOLUTION: The displaying-cum-transporting box is formed of: a display member 20 which is set up by arranging holding portions stepwise with a predetermined inclination, for holding the articles 50 arranged in a rank at suitable intervals; a support member 30 for supporting the display member 20 in such a state as holding the predetermined inclination; and a box-shaped base member 40 which has a mounting surface on which the support member 30 is mounted, is formed so as to be openable upward. Herein the base portion 40 is turned upside down, with the mounting surface opened, and while the display member 20 holding the articles 50 is supported by the support member 30, the inverted base member 40 is covered on the display member 20 from above, to thereby make the commodities in a transportable state.
