<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate pressing force to a driving roller in accordance with thickness of a sheet to carry, avoid damage of a constitutional member of the driving roller, etc., and smoothly carry the sheet. SOLUTION: A spring 87 to enegize a driven roller 43b in the direction toward a driving roller 43a and to contract in accordance with thickness of a sheet P carried between the driving roller 43a and driven roller 43b at the time when the driven roller 43b is pressed on the driving roller 43a by an actuator 81 are furnished. When a solenoid 83 is put on and the driven roller 43b is pressed on the driving roller 43a, the spring 87 is contracted in accordance with thickness of the sheet P, and the driven roller 43b is displaced in the contracting direction of the spring 87. Consequently, when the sheet P is thick, excessive pressing force applied on the driving roller 43a is absorbed by the spring 87 to a certain degree.</p> |
