PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing license information of content data, capable of performing lending processing even in coexistence of duplicating processing in lending processing based on license information identification information. SOLUTION: License information of a digital content is stored in the storage device owned by a terminal. In order to manage processing of movement, duplication, lending and returning for the license information between the terminal and another device, a lending source state 210, a lent state 220 and a lending-prohibited state 230 by duplication are managed in the license information as information related to the lending state of the license information.
