PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image flow correcting device enabled to improve visibility after correction and accurately extract a target object from image information embedded in noise by making the quantity of random noise generated in image flow correction processing nearly constant irrelevantly to the rotational angular velocity of an infrared imaging device. SOLUTION: Information on difference luminance between a pixel to be corrected and a reference pixel which is the number of pixels corresponding to the rotational angular velocity away from the pixel to be corrected in a rotating direction is found by image memories 5 and 6 and a subtracter 8, and a divider 9 divides the difference luminance information by a divisorαwhich is a constant, and an adder 10 adds the division result and reference pixel together to correct the luminance of the pixel to be corrected.
