PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure which is composed of a foam resin substrate and a resin mold part integrated on the back surface side, improves formability of the foam resin substrate, and can shorten the forming cycle, and a forming method for the structure. SOLUTION: A door trim is composed of a door trim upper (laminated structure) 20 and a door trim lower (simple resin article). The door trim upper 20 is composed of the laminated structure of the light-weight foam resin substrate 21 having shape retaining ability and a resin mold part integrated on the inner surface side thereof. When forming a design surface projection part 20a such as a sharp highlight line formed on the door trim upper 20, a slide piece, an ejector pin, or a straight core block is disposed on an intersection part of a molding lower die groove part and the design surface projection part 20a, and the foam resin substrate 21 at the design surface projection part 20a is accurately formed by a spacer action.
