PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact servo amplifier which allows electronic components to be mounted at high density. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the servo amplifier comprises a power converting board 2a mounting power elements 4, a control board 2b mounting control elements for controlling the power elements 4, and power lead terminals 3a and signal lead terminals 3b connected to both the boards. The power converting board 2a and the control board 2b are composed of rigid boards connected with a bendable flexible board 1.
