PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bandpass filter by which a requested function is realized by simpler processing. SOLUTION: The bandpass filter which extracts components of specific frequencies from input signals x and optionally sets phase characteristics of the extracted specific frequency components, has a filter coefficient calculation means 20 for calculating each coefficient of z<SP>-n</SP>in following expression 23 using a frequencyΩobtained by measuring equipment to be controlled, and an optionally set phase instructionαas input. Then, the bandpass filter using the formula 23 as a transfer function is attained by using each coefficient calculated by the filter coefficient calculation means as filter coefficients FC1-FC4.
