A pipe scale removing apparatus is provided to prevent a flexible wire from being twisted, by rotating a wire housing and the flexible wire accommodated in the wire housing at the same speed. A pipe scale removing apparatus comprises a hollow shaft(20), a wire housing(100), a winding rod, and a flexible wire(50). The hollow shaft rotates by a motor. The wire housing is fixed at a rear end of the hollow shaft so that the wire housing rotates together with the hollow shaft. The winding rod is arranged in the wire housing in the direction perpendicular to the hollow shaft, and has both ends coupled to the wire housing. The flexible wire has one end accommodated in the wire housing and fixed at the winding rod and the other end led out through the hollow shaft so that the flexible wire rotates in accordance with the rotation of the wire housing so as to remove scale from a pipe. An auxiliary winding rod(120) is fixed at the winding rod in such a manner that the flexible wire is interfered by the auxiliary winding rod and wound on only a center of the winding rod when the flexible wire is wound in accordance with the rotation of the auxiliary winding rod, and the flexible wire is prevented from moving in a centrifugal direction by the interference of the auxiliary winding rod when the wire housing rotates.
