PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making ice including an additive uniformly. SOLUTION: A prepared raw material solution 1 is poured into 16 ice-making containers 2 immersed into a refrigerant solution 3 in a stainless steel refrigerant container 4 surrounded by gas piping 5. At this time, a temperature of the raw material solution is about 30 to 100°C. The temperature of the refrigerant solution is about -25 to -50°C, and the refrigerant solution mainly consists of mono-ethylene glycol. A motor 6 is arranged under the refrigerant container 4, the refrigerant container is rotated by the motor, and the refrigerant solution is made to flow. Further, the refrigerant solution is made to flow in accordance with the flow of gas flowing in the gas piping. The ice-making container into which the raw material solution is poured is immersed into the refrigerant solution for about four to five hours.
