A semiconductor memory device is provided to rapidly and stably supply power by removing power noise due to coupling effect, by arranging a reservoir capacitor between a power line for supplying a voltage to a logic circuit and a power line not supplying a voltage to the logic circuit. A power line is for supplying power to a logic circuit(800). A virtual power line is for transferring power. A reservoir capacitor(700) is connected between the power line and the virtual power line. First and second power pads(100,200) supply a power supply voltage and a ground voltage. The logic circuit is driven by consuming power. First and second power lines(400,500) supply power to the logic circuit by using the first and second power pads. First and second virtual power lines(300,600) are for transferring power from the first and second power pads. The reservoir capacitor is arranged between the first power line and the first virtual power line, or between the second power line and the second virtual power line.
