An implantable medical device having a cover and a method are provided to re-position or remove an injection port by making the injection port in a reversible type and moving fasteners from an expanded position to a non-expanded position at the same time. The implantable medical device(2) is composed of an implant for executing a treatment function; an attachment mechanism integrated with the implant to attach the implant on the body and provided with at least one fastener(10) having an expanded position extended from the front end of the implant and a non-expanded position correspondent to the tip of the front end of the implant; and a safety member for covering at least one fastener, wherein the safety member is attached to the front end of the implant to be removed.
