A power amplifier is provided to reduce a space needed to implement a balanced power amplifier having two or more power amplifiers with phase-shifted signal paths. A power amplifier includes a quadrature hybrid and input impedance matching network, at least one amplifier having an output electrode, a quadrature hybrid and an output impedance matching network, and a bias circuitry biasing the amplifier. The quadrature hybrid and input impedance matching network has first to forth nodes, a first branch having a first electrode coupled to the first node and a second electrode coupled to the second node, a second branch having a first electrode coupled to the first node and a second electrode coupled to the third node, a third branch having a first electrode coupled to the third node and a second electrode coupled to the fourth node, and a fourth branch having a first electrode coupled to the second node and a second electrode coupled to the fourth node.
