PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape cutter capable of preventing malfunction such as a cutting failure due to adhesion of glue of the adhesive tape to a cutting blade part of a cutter for cutting the adhesive face of the adhesive tape when cutting. SOLUTION: This adhesive tape cutter can prevent a cutting failure due to adhesion of the glue by cutting the adhesive tape 15 from a face opposite to the adhesive face with a disc-like cutter 8 rotated at high speed by a disc-like cutter driving motor 10 to prevent adhesion of the glue to a blade face of the disc-like cutter 8 due to the glue being caught when the tape raw material is warped in a direction opposite to the cutting direction with resistance of the tape raw material when cutting.
