PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die, with which forming of a projected part or a recessed part, such as burring, is performed on a part of a workpiece, and whose constitution is simplified. SOLUTION: The forming die comprises: a die body 43 supporting a workpiece presser 47, which presses a workpiece W, movably in the direction along which the workpiece presser 47 enters and departs the die body 43; a cylinder body 51, integrally provided in the die body 43; a punch holder 53, supported by the cylinder body 51 movably in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the workpiece presser 47; a punch 55, which is provided on the punch holder 53 and whose front end part 55E is projected from a through hole 49H formed in the workpiece presser 47; and a fluid pressure mechanism, which transmits the movement of the workpiece presser 47 to/from the die body 43 to the punch holder 53 as a movement in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the workpiece presser 47. The workpiece presser 47 is formed in a cylindrical shape. One end side of the punch holder 53 is movably fitted into the workpiece presser 47.
