An apparatus and a method for watching TV dynamically in a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) mobile terminal are provided to receive a multiplex broadcasting signal including motor-enable data corresponding to audio data. The multiplex broadcasting signal including video and audio data is received(S300). At this time, the multiplex broadcasting signal includes motor-enable data corresponding to audio data. The broadcasting signal compressed by MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) is decoded into video and audio data(S301). The decoded audio data are outputted through a speaker(S303). The motor-enable data corresponding to audio data are detected(S304). A motor is driven by linking with the audio signal output and vibrated(S305).
