An interlock system of a planetary gear manual transmission is provided to enhance durability thereof by preventing an interlock of a piston rod as well as an interlock of shift rails. An adapter(50) is fixed inside a transmission case and includes a rail path(51), a rod path(53), and a connective path(55) in order to insert each of shift rails(3,19,24) of a main gear part and a piston rod(17) of a planetary gear part along a longitudinal direction of an axis. A plurality of rail grooves(3a,19a,24a) are formed on an outer surface of each of the shift rails in a neutral state. A plurality of pin holes(3b,19b) are formed at the shift rails. A first rod groove(17a) is formed on an outer surface of the piston rod. A second rod groove(17b) is separated in the longitudinal direction of the axis from the first rod groove. An interlock pin(60) is inserted into the pin holes. An interlock ball(70) is inserted into the connective path in order to control shifting states of the shift rails and the piston rod.
