PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize detection of electrical discharge at the time of discharge detection of an electrical discharging device. SOLUTION: The electric discharging device is furnished with a standard voltage generating means 5 to generate standard voltage to be a standard for detection of electric discharge between a work 2 and an electrode 1, voltage drop generating means 12, 13 having semiconductor devices in which an electric current flows in accordance with differential voltage between both voltages applied between the work 2 and the electrode 1 and the standard voltage and a discharge detection means 11 to detect discharge between the work 2 and the electrode 1 in accordance with forward voltage of the semiconductor devices.
