ENTRY PROPRIETY DETERMINATION DEVICE, BLANK FORM, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry propriety determination device for preventing a business loss caused by an entry mistake by reducing the entry mistake to a handwriting blank form.

SOLUTION: A data input pen 100 for determining the propriety of an entry to the blank form 10 stores an entry rule to the blank form 10 by associating it with a paper ID. The pen extracts the entry rule based on the paper ID read from an IC chip 20, and acquires entry data written in the blank sheet 10 to determine whether or not the entry data follow the entry rule.
