PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine capable of continuously exhibiting an estimated performance by keeping ventilation resistance of a ventilation duct. SOLUTION: In the vending machine comprising the ventilation duct 30 supplying air from a blowing unit 6 to the blowing unit 6 arranged on a floor board 40 via a commodity storage rack 7 storing commodities, the ventilation duct 30 comprises a back panel 41 raised from the floor board 40 and a duct panel 42 attached to the back panel 41. According to this structure, since the ventilation sectional area of the ventilation duct is never increased/decreased even if a heat insulating material is deformed, the ventilation resistance is never fluctuated, and an estimated performance can be continuously exhibited.
