PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption required for processing image drawing data when an image is processed. SOLUTION: In an image drawing processing part 75, a region extracting part 758 extracts information of divided regions written with the image drawing data from an image drawing command analyzing result. A band memory consumed electric current controlling means 76 releases a setting for suppressing the amount of feeding electric current in the divided region into which the image drawing data extracted by the region extracting part 758 are written, and writes the image drawing data formed by a horizontal line image drawing part 754. According to the analyzed result of the image drawing command, a horizontal line converting part 753 and the horizontal line image drawing part 754 write half tone pixel values into a plurality of divided regions of the band memory 75. On the other hand, to the divided regions where the image drawing data are not written, a setting where the band memory consumed electric current controlling part 76 continuously suppresses the amount of feeding the electric current, is kept as it is.
