The communication device comprises a circuit board (21) having a first major surface and a second major surface opposed to the first major surface, a first amplifier disposed on the first major surface and adapted for amplifying a first signal, a first mixer disposed on the first major surface and adapted for converting the signal inputted from the first amplifier into an intermediate frequency, a second amplifier disposed on the second major surface and adapted for amplifying a second signal, and a second mixer for converting the signal inputted from the second amplifier into an intermediate frequency.
