THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a thermoplastic polymer which shows a high heat resistance and is excellent in colorless transparency and flow property. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises a thermoplastic polymer (A) having (i) 25-50 wt.% glutaric anhydride unit of formula (1) (wherein R1and R2are identical to or different from each other and are each a hydrogen atom or a 1-5C alkyl group), (ii) 50-75 wt.% unsaturated alkyl carboxylate unit and (iii)≤10 wt.% unsaturated carboxylic acid unit and a monophosphite compound (B).
