A garbage fermentation equipment that improves degradation efficiency of harmful substances contained in garbage by constantly maintaining an internal temperature of the fermentation equipment to a specific temperature, and additionally removes odor and water by uniformly coating fine powder of minerals on treated garbage, and a garbage fermentation method using the same are provided. An equipment(1) for fermenting garbage using compound soil microorganisms comprises: a hopper(2) injecting 10 to 90 wt.% of garbage and 10 to 90 wt.% of at least one control agent into the equipment; a hot air outlet(3) installed at one side of an upper portion of the equipment to discharge hot air generated from a hot air generator(31) into the equipment; a hot air injector(5) for reabsorbing the hot air discharged from the hot air outlet into a hot air inlet(4), and injecting the reabsorbed hot air into the lower side of the hot air inlet through a hot air circulation blower(41); an agitator(6) for agitating and mixing garbage and compound soil microorganisms with hot air injected from the hot air injector; a discharge port(71) installed on the bottom of the agitator to discharge dried garbage, and a discharge device(72) formed in a cylindrical pipe for discharging a product; a mixer(75) for mixing minerals with garbage discharged from an outlet(73) formed at one side of the discharge device; and an exhaust pipe(8) for exhausting vapor and dust generated in the equipment to the outside, wherein an inner part of the equipment is made of a mineral panel(11). |
